    Be sure that the Digitaize USB Hub is in reach.

    On stationary computers, make sure that the Dongle is not shielded by any part of the computer. Use an USB extension cable to ensure a direct connection with the instrument
    Try closing any resource-demanding tasks on the machine
    Try changing the buffer size in your DAW to a higher one
    Try changing the Sample Rate in your DAW
