Make sure the USB Hub is connected to the computer and that Digitaize device is turned on and is in reach.
Try restarting the computer, starting Digitaize Connect again.
Make sure your anti-virus program doesn’t block any of the Digitaize App (Digitaize Connect, DigitaizeSound, DigitaizeBridge)
On Windows: remove Digitaize from Add/Remove programs.
Install the newest the Digitaize Bundle from the website.
