I don’t receive any MIDI data in my DAW

Make sure that:

DigitaizeConnect App is running.
Digitaize Hub is connected to the working USB port in your computer
Digitaize Unit is turned on (green light fading)
In your DAW the Digitaize midi port is enabled – on Windows the name of the midi port is “DigitaizeReceive”, on Mac it is the name you gave your Digitaize while setting it up.
Check for the midi channels routing in the setting screen of the DigitaizeConnect App.
