    If you connected your instrument successfully (instrument Icon visible in the Digitaize Cloud), but you don’t get any data from the instrument over MIDI or the Audio Streaming plug-in:

    Try restarting Digitaize
    Try closing Internet Connection of the computer
    Check your computer firewalls to see if any plug-ins or resources from DigitAize were blocked by the OS
