1 Make sure the USB Hub is connected to the computer and that Digitaize device is turned on and is in reach.
2 Try restarting the computer, starting Digitaize Connect again.
3 Make sure your anti-virus program doesn’t block any of the Digitaize App (DigitaizeConnect, DigitaizeSound, DigitaizeBridge)
4 On Windows: remove Digitaize from Add/Remove programs.
5 Install the newest the Digitaize Bundle from the website.
