Make sure your Digitaize USB Hub is connected and your instrument is turned on, with the green light is fading and the instrument is no more then 3-4 meters from the Digitaize USB Hub.
Make sure you have the newest version of the Digitaize software
Restart your computer
Start Digitaize Connect again
On Windows: open TaskManager and check if “DigitaizeBridge” is present under Processes -> Apps. If not, try manually starting DigitAize Bridge. To do so, go to C:/Program Files/Nimikry Music/DigitaizeBridge
