Device doesn't charge when plugged to the USB cable | DigitAize

Make sure the cable is plugged in correctly and that the device is receiving enough current. You can plug DigitAize to your computer or use a 5V smartphone adapter. Note that the charging indication led (orange light) turns off once the battery is fully charged.
